Chinese Porcelain Famille Rose Lime Green Ground Floral Vase Likely Mid 19th century, Chinese A Chinese porcelain famille rose floral vase on a lime green ground. This finely painted porcelain vase with flower scrolling designs and raised and incised enamel showing excellent control to edges of flowers and fine detail to the leaves, stems, and vines. The bottom band of ryu-style patterns are done in pink, red, white, and blue. Shoulder features a pink filled geometric designs. Band at the mouth is on a light blue background with a dark blue design. Mouth rim has gilt, interior and base in light turquoise glaze. Finely made unglazed foot rim having a six character Qianlong mark in underglaze red. Although it has a Qianglong mark, the quality of the painting indicates dating mid 19th century, possibly Daoguang period (1821-1850). Held in the hands, it is a true masterpiece.
