Period Qing Dynasty, 18th century Description The deity is shown in ardhaparyankāsana, holding a kartrika in the raised right hand and a kapāla in the left. The figure wears a tiger-skin dhoti draped across the back, with a scarf billowing around the shoulders. Bared fangs and skull-lined flaming hair accentuate the fierce expression. The figure stands stepping on a human, upon a separately cast base sealed with a double-vajra and a small central Yin Yang roundel. A similar figure is in the Inner Mongolia Museum, Hohhot.
