Period Guangxu period (1875-1908) Description Issued on the 16th day of August in the 20th year of Guangxu Emperor’s (Guangxu, r. 1875-1908) reign, this imperial edict (Shengzhi) grants the Rank of Honor to the parents of Sebjengge, the Deputy Lieutenant-General of the Han Chinese Bordered Red Banner, with two additional honorary ranks.
