Period Xianfeng period (1851-1861) Description Issued on the 1st day of January in the 10th year of Xianfeng Emperor’s (咸丰, r. 1851-1861) reign, this imperial edict (Shengzhi) grants the Rank of Honour to the elder brother and his wife of E’le Hebu, the Vice Director of the Department of the Ministry of Revenue, with three grades added.
