Period Qianlong period (1736-1795) Description Issued on the 20th day of October in the 35th year of Qianlong Emperor’s (乾隆, r. 1736-1795) reign, this imperial edict (Shengzhi) grants Fulong’an, the son of Fuheng, to succeed his father’s title of First-Class Duke Zhongyong, hereditary in perpetuity without reduction in rank.
