Period Qianlong period (1736-1795) Description Issued on the 2nd day of May in the 42nd year of Qianlong Emperor’s (乾隆, r. 1736-1795) reign, this imperial edict (Shengzhi) grants the title of Martial Grand Master to Jin Hanyu, Captain of the Infantry of the hanjun Plain Red Banner, with one grade added, and the Lady of Rank (gaoming) to his wife, Lady Hu.
