A SMALL CARVED LONGQUAN DISH, SOUTHERN SONG DYNASTY This lot is from a single owner collection and is therefore offered without reserve China, 1125-1279. Well potted with shallow rounded sides supported on a ring foot, rising to an everted rim with raised outer edge, the interior is carved with a petal-lobed well. Covered overall with a glaze of olive-green tone, darkening in the recesses, the foot rim left unglazed revealing the buff ware burnt to orange in the firing.
