A XING WHITE-GLAZED BOWL, TANG DYNASTY This lot is from a single owner collection and is therefore offered without reserve The Jorgen Ruben Gallery Ledger, entry from 2005: “No. 242, OK 2001, Chinese Tang dyn. prototype porcelain” Gallery price: EUR 475 or approx. EUR 800 adjusted for inflation at the time of writing. China, 618-907. Elegantly potted with thick, slightly rounded sides flaring to a lipped rim, covered inside and out with a finely crackled, creamy white glaze stopping irregularly above the foot ring, revealing the pale buff ware.
