A Burmese Buddhist gilt and lacquer leaves kammavācā manuscript with wood covers, magyi-zi kammawa Late 19th/early 20th century, probably Mandalay Comprising ten gilt-lacquered folios inscribed on both sides with Pali script using magyi-zi-akkharā (tamarind-seed), four of which are decorated with figural illustrations, enclosed between two gilt-lacquered wooden covers decorated with figures, the folios and both covers pierced with aligned binding holes, each folio 48.5 x 9.8cm,cover: 50.7 x 9.8cm (10)
