A group of Chinese and other works of art 20th Century Comprising: a lacquered wood panel carved with a scholar reading beneath a tree, 17.6 x 20.4cm excluding the frame, 27.2 x 30.6cm overall; a metal plaque moulded with an immortal (Caibo Xingjun the God of Wealth), accompanied by an attendant, 5.7 x 8.4cm; five mineral specimens, ranging from 1.1 x 1.9cm to 5.5 x 7cm; and two wrought-iron keys, 11.3cm and 17cm long (9). 二十世紀 中國及其他藝術品一組 Condition Report: The lacquered wood panel: Two losses to the inner edge, approx. 1.8cm and 1.5cm; a chip to an inner corner; and wear to the lacquered surface. The panel is loose within the frame. The metal plaque: A hole to the upper centre and surface wear commensurate with age. The five mineral specimens: In good condition. The two iron keys: Tarnishing and areas of rust to the surfaces.
