A Large Chestnut-Glazed Pottery Figure of a Horse, Tang Dynasty (618-907) 唐 大型栗釉陶马 Modelled as a long-legged horse standing foursquare on a rectangular base, covered in a chestnut-brown glaze over the head, neck, chest, legs and hindquarters, the glaze stopping at the mane, tail and hooves, the mane falling to one side of the neck, the draped saddle unglazed 马作长腿四足站立状，立于长方形台座之上。首、颈、胸、腿及臀部施栗褐色釉，釉彩止于鬃毛、尾部及蹄部。鬃毛垂向颈侧一方，垂覆鞍鞯未经施釉。 20.1 x 19.7 in — 51 x 50 cm Estimate: $4,000—6,000 CAD
