AFTER THE ANTIQUE, A PAINTED TERRACOTTA BLACK FIGURE CALYX KRATER PROBABLY ENGLISH OR ITALIAN, LATE 19TH TO MID 20TH CENTURY In the Etruscan manner, painted with a frieze of Attic style figures 40cm high, the top 39cm diameter Condition Report: Structurally appears to be sound with nothing obvious either audibly or visibly when tapped or examined under UV. Some scuffing and surface marks and wear, albeit, this could well be by design to suggest greater antiquity.
