Decorated in the typical ornamental style of Renaissance Deruta majolica, it features an orange decorative band with a crisscross lattice pattern alternating with a sequence of stylized leaf motifs in blue and orange, enclosed within thin concentric bands. In the center, the figurative scene depicts two birds in the upper part and, in the lower part, a hare and a second fantastical animal, all interspersed with stylized rosettes and tufts of vegetation with palmate leaves.
