20th century A.D. Made from cloth with polychrome beadwork decoration. 255 grams total, bag: 23 cm (9 in.). [No Reserve] Collected in March 2004 from Ilenge, near Euvukeni, in the Msinga district of Zululand. Ian Wilkinson collection, Nottinghamshire, UK, formed since 1985. The apron would have been worn over the 'isidwaba' or leather apron by married women.
