A pair of repousse silver gilt fly-whisks (chauri) handles, Rajasthan, North India, 19th century, the decoration with bold scrolling floral tendrils, a raised hatched ring above and below, the flaring hand grips with a floral torsade two plain raised band below, one 21.9cm. high, the other 21.6 cm. high, each 5.5cm. diam.
