A Satsuma earthenware hexagonal covered vase Meiji period finely decorated on a gilt stippled ground with a pair of peacocks among flowering plants below festoons of flowering wisteria around the shoulders, and reserved with a shaped vignette of maidens beside a view of Mt Fuji, gilt mark possibly Kinkozan to the base 20.5cm high
