A PAIR OF JAPANESE SATSUMA MOONFLASKS, MEIJI/TAISHO PERIOD (1868-1926) each flattened octagonal earthenware body finely enamelled and gilt to one side with figures on a beach and to the other with figures by a hillside pavilion, the sides with cranes in flight amidst clouds, all reserved on a crackled cream-coloured glaze, 20.5cm high
