A RARE CHINESE ARCHAISTIC BAMBOO TRIPOD VESSEL, DING, QING DYNASTY the body with deep rounded sides supported on three cabriole legs and set at the everted rim with a pair of loop handles, carved around the body in low relief with a double keyfret band, the legs with ruyi strapwork, the base with a two-character seal mark, the wood patinated to a warm honey tone, 15cm high Provenance: Sotheby's London, 12 May 2010, lot 3.
