A conical turquoise blue glazed pottery bowl, Ilkhanid central Iran, 12th/13th century, On short straight foot, the cavetto with a frieze of repeating pseudo kufic letters, the base marked 26 or 72 in black ink, repaired and restored together with a moulded and pierced turquoise blue glazed pottery bowl, modern, on ribbed conical foot, the straight walls rising to a flaring rim and straight lip, the pierced decoration consisting of vegetal motifs and zoomorphic figures, repaired and restored 15.8cm. diam. and 13.6cm. diam.
