Dimensions (cm): Length: 57 Width: 48 Height: 104 Pair of Chinese Ming Dynasty Period Huanghuali Chairs. Each chair has straight handrails that are slightly rounded on the lips. Hard mat seat square and the back there is a three round pillar support with smooth wooden. Raised with four strong straight legs and bridged by sturdy stretched bars to two sides that conjoined each leg, the whole supported on legs of rectangles square section joined by stepped stretchers on hoofed foot. This Chinese chairs gives the impression of luxury, strong, magnificent, charming and antique.Huanghuali, or yellow flowering pear wood, Originally know as huali or huali, the color can range from reddish-brown to golden-yellow. The sweet fragrance of huali distinguishes it from the similar appearing but pungent-adored hongmu. The finest Huanghuali has a translucent shimmering surface with abstractly figured patterns that delight the eye. It has distinctive form and elegant ornamentation. It is intact, with exquisite mortise-tenon technique. Made In The Years of Qianlong Reign Period of Great Ming Dynasty.
