This stout cylindrical bronze censer rests on three elegantly moulded feet, the foremost foot adorned with delicate curled scroll ornamentation. Its exterior holds framed cartouches filled with gracefully carved Arabic calligraphy against finely textured recessed backgrounds, presenting distinctive Islamic decorative motifs. The metal has developed a smooth, warm reddish-brown patina from prolonged handling, contrasting subtly with the darker interior cavity. Measuring 12 cm in both length and width, with a height of 10.5 cm and weight of 1870 g, the vessel features well-proportioned thick walls and crisp engraving work.
