Dimensions: Height: 8.5 cm, Diam.: 5.7 cm Chinese Qing Dynasty Qianlong Famille Rose Young Children Motif Porcelain Brush Pot on Carved Hardwood Stand. The Porcelain potted in brush holder shape, sturdily in cylindrical straight body, thick potted, deep curvature, round mouth rim, raised on flat round foot base. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white color which contrast against Famille rose design color, depicted of square medallion decorated with three you children playing on the garden bellow dense tree, flowers bloom, rocky and fence, surrounded flowers and foliage. Enclosed with single thick gilt lines on the upper mouth. The glaze on this brush pot is rather thick and moisturizing while the color is strong and brilliant. The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed red seal script characters reign mark Made in The Years Qianlong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
