Measurements: Length: 15.8 cm, Width: 15.8 cm, Height: 25.7 cm Pair of Chinese Ming Dynasty Wanli Blue and White Porcelain Goblet Vases. Potted in a traditional Gu shape. The beaker having baluster shaped body, with octagonal belly, trumpet-shaped on the tall neck ,slightly flaring mouth rim, raised on round wide slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in white base color which contrast against blue color depicted of imperial five claws dragon flying careening through cumulus clouds above thrashing Li-shui waves. The glaze has smooth texture and moisturizing, glossy quality. Which attracting unceasingly admiration.The Upper-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years Wanli Reign Period of The Great Ming Dynasty.
