Measurements: Length: 23 cm, Height: 17 cm Chinese Dynasty Qing Dynasty Kangxi Blue and White Porcelain Censer. Potted in tank shape, globular body, thick potted, deep curvature, slight tall and gentle upward to wide straight short round opening lip, raised on flat round foot base. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in white base color which contrast against blue color, depicted of general and the chief in a various pursuit in the field. A characteristic heaped and piled effect, the under glaze greyish-blue concentrates in certain areas, bubbling through the surface of the glaze and turning a deep blue-black. This inadvertently gave texture, energy, and shading to the design.Made in The Years Kangxi Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
