Dimensions: Width: 18.5 cm x Heigth: 29.2 cm Chinese Qing Dynasty QianLong Yellow Glazed Red Dragon Porcelain Meiping Vase On Carved Hardwood Stand. The porcelain potted into a traditional Meiping form, large, thick and tall potted, wide body on shoulder, slender neck easing to form narrow opening, raised on round foot base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in yellow color which contrast against alum red color, depicted of imperial five claws dragon flying careening through cumulus clouds above thrashing Li-shui waves. The glaze has smooth texture and moisturizing, glossy quality. Which attracting unceasingly admiration.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years of QianLong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
