This vase has a Chinese traditional YuHuChun shape vessel, the pear shaped bottle, flaring mouth, a spherical abdomen, and a regular vessel shape. Its patterns on the surface are classic, simple, elegant and pretty. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in white base color which contrast blue color. Blue stands for healing, trust and long life. Shades of blue are used to decorate homes for longevity and harmony. Blue and white porcelain in Chinese it is called Qing Hua Ci. It is the most important variety of China?s porcelain. It was originated in the Yuan Dynasty.The underside unglazed, revealed the pale-creme ground revealed and dark grayfish brown spotted firing marks and edge-cut foot rim.
