The vessel features a thick, well-formed body with a full bulbous profile, gently tapering at the shoulders into a prominent straight neck with a wide opening. It is covered with a cylindrical dome-shaped lid crowned by a simple bud finial. The jar stands on a flat base and shows excellent balance and proportion throughout.The body is executed on a clean white underglaze ground and decorated in classic Wucai polychrome.
