Dimensions: 6"W x 2.75"H PAIR OF FAMILLE ROSE POMEGRANATE AND BRANCH BOWLS QIANLONG SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARKS, POSSIBLY REPUBLIC PERIOD A fine and attractive pair of porcelain bowls, each delicately enameled in the famille-rose palette with flowering pomegranate branches bearing ripe, bursting fruit rendered in vibrant shades of pink, crimson, and pale green. The composition flows gracefully around the exterior, the painterly details capturing both the texture of the fruit and the softness of new foliage. The enameled outlines are precise and confident, displaying skill typical of high-quality works inspired by Qing court taste.Each bowl rests on a slightly tapered foot, the interiors left plain.
