Dimensions: 15"H x 10"W . Chinese Qing Dynasty Qianlong Blue and White Porcelain Garlic Vase. Potted in garlic bottle vase, globular lower belly, thick, rounded shoulder, short cylindrical neck with shrink on the neck middle to enlarge onion head shape, raised on ring foot base. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white base color which contrast against blue fine color, depicted of lotus flowers bloom, foliage, scrolling interlocking tendril and thrashing lishui wavy waves. There is not any overlap of the outlines, its well carved, clear, subtle, and distinct.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years QianLong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
