This elegant ding-form bronze censer features two upright upward-curving flanges at the rim, supported by three tall, slender tapering legs. The warm mottled gilded-brown patina across the bulbous body and legs showcases natural aged tonal variations. It is fitted with a carved hardwood lid pierced with scrolling openwork for ventilation, topped by a striking vivid red coral finial, and seated upon a custom sculpted hardwood stand. Measuring 10 x 13.5 cm with an overall height of 17 cm and weighing 1027 grams, the piece exhibits balanced archaic-inspired proportions.
