Standing 11.8 cm tall with a maximum width of 17 cm, this elaborate censer is carved from graded smoky crystal showcasing attractive shifts between deep shadowed tones and lighter translucent sections. Two dynamically sculpted mythical dragon creatures serve as opposing lateral handles, while a coiled dragon forms the detailed finial atop the fitted lid. Sharply incised traditional key-fret borders frame both the lid rim and vessel shoulder, and faint archaic dragon scrollwork decorates the faceted main body. A compact stepped base lends stable support to the polygonal form.
