Standing 11 cm tall and 15 cm in width, this graceful ewer is masterfully carved from translucent rock crystal that bears faint warm natural mineral inclusions throughout its body. A finely detailed phoenix with delineated featherwork shapes the spout, while blossoming plum branches wrap around the rounded vessel in delicate low relief. The curved organic handle is sculpted to mimic twisting branches, and the lid is topped with a compact foliate finial. A subtly undulating foot rim stabilises the entire piece.
