Crafted with elegant phoenix-tail silhouette, this celadon vase features a wide flared mouth, slender elongated neck and rounded bulbous midsection tapering to a ribbed foot. The neck is decorated with subtle incised geometric bands, while the central body bears moulded scrolling lotus blossoms and winding foliate vines beneath a thick, lustrous pale celadon glaze. The unglazed base rim reveals warm terracotta clay body. Balanced, graceful and uncluttered in its monochrome aesthetic, it represents masterful southern celadon ceramic art, a prominent decorative vessel favoured by global porcelain connoisseurs.
