This curved rectangular jade sword fitting is carved from pale celadon jade largely covered with thick mottled white calcified patina mixed with faint russet mineral stains. It features a smooth arched top surface marked by subtle horizontal incised lines, with a hollow rectangular mounting slot cut through the underside flanked by two outward-curving terminal tabs. All edges are softly worn from prolonged handling and burial abrasion, retaining a matte aged finish across the mineral encrustation. Minimalist in its design without elaborate zoomorphic decoration, it represents a functional yet refined ceremonial jade accessory showcasing restrained classical stone-carving craftsmanship.
