Weighing 10770 grams, this ornate gilt bronze shrine measures 35 cm in length, 23 cm in width and 44 cm in overall height. Its upper portion forms segmented, pointed lotus petals that shelter finely carved central Buddhist divinities. Openwork scrolling supports radiate outward from the central stem, holding seated deity statuettes across multiple tiers, while an elaborately sculpted auxiliary lamp-shaped fixture extends from one side. The stepped circular base is bordered by delicate engraved ornamental bands. Glossy, evenly preserved gilding accentuates every minute relief and filigree detail throughout the layered construction. Rich in intricate Himalayan Buddhist iconography, this masterfully wrought shrine stands as a distinguished centrepiece for high-end collections of Chinese devotional gilt bronze artefacts.
