A LOT WITH TWO FAN PAINTINGS DEPICTING FLOWERS AND TREES, c. 1900s China, late Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) to Republic period (1912-1949). Ink, watercolors, and gouache on paper. One depicting sprigs of large peony and prunus blossoms arranged with bamboo, the paper backing sealed ‘Berès’. The other painted on each side with a beehive on a gnarled pine tree buzzing with bees, Signed ‘Meiping’ ? with seal, and sealed ‘Berès’. Dimensions: Length 51.3 cm and 52 cm, Height 17.1 cm and 18.5 cm
