Ɏ AN IVORY ‘PEACH’ SNUFF BOTTLE, c. 1920AN IVORY ‘PEACH’ SNUFF BOTTLE, c. 1920 China, late Qing Dynasty to Republic Period (1850-1949). The body naturalistically carved in the form of a ripe peach borne on a leafy branch, the gently tapering body rising to a short spout-form neck. The ivory with a nice patina of a warm honey tone. Comes with a carved wood stand. Dimensions: Height 65 mm, Diameter 7 mm (mouth) Trade Certificate: The trade certificate for the sale of this lot within the EU has been granted (permit number 24PTLX02487C).
