A STAG ANTLER ‘MOUNTAIN LANDSCAPE‘ SNUFF BOTTLE, c. 1920 China, late Qing Dynasty to Republic Period (1850-1949). Of tapering oval form, supported on an oval foot and rising to a short cylindrical neck. The body engraved with mountainous river landscapes depicting pavilions, pine trees, sailing boats, and a calligraphic inscription. The stag antler with a fine patina and honey and cream tones. Stopper: Matching stag antler stopper, carved spoon Dimensions: Height 78 mm (incl. stopper), Diameter 20 mm (neck) and 5 mm (mouth)
