AN ARCHAISTIC CELADON AND BROWN JADE ‘DRAGON’ PENDANT, HUANG, QING China, 1644-1912. Of flattened, arched form, terminating in well-pronounced dragon heads with bulging eyes and a prominent nose, carved to the side with further dragons in shallow relief, framed within raised borders, and pierced for suspension. The translucent stone is of a pale celadon tone with cloudy white inclusions, and dark brown patches and veins. Dimensions: Length 12.9 cm
