A FACETED BLUE GLASS SPECKLED BOTTLE VASE, c.1900s China, late Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) to Republic period (1912-1949). Of octagonal section, the slightly concave facets of the body continuing up the slightly tapering neck, raised on a foot of conforming outline. The translucent glass is of a vibrant blue color with internal gold foil speckles. The underside centered by an apocryphal four-character Qianlong reign mark within a square. Dimensions: Height 19 cm
