An Early 20th Century Turned Wood Allinson Advertising Breadboard, c.1920-30s, of circular form, the border carved with "Allinson Bread" and stylised leaves, 11ins diameter, "The Burns Bread Knife" with wood handle carved with wheat, the blade etched "Use Allinson Wholemeal", a bread knife with carved handle and blade etched "Allinson", boxed, and a plated butter knife, the blade engraved "Allinson" Provenance: The Antique Breadboard Museum Literature: See Madeleine Neave, "Vintage Breadboards" (2019), p.127 for board, and bread knives.
