Of compressed globular form, rising from a short spreading foot to a cylindrical neck. The flattened circular body is intricately moulded in high relief with a vigorous five-clawed dragon amidst a dense ground of swirling clouds. The neck is flanked by a pair of elegant dragon-form handles that join the shoulder to the rim. Overall covered in creamy white glaze. Six-character Qianlong mark at the base.
