Each side is enameled with shaped reserve panels depicting various mythical beasts and auspicious creatures amidst rocky landscapes, against a lustrous black ground accented by vibrant scrolling prunus blossoms and bamboo foliage. The broad, waisted neck flares gracefully toward a wide everted rim. Four-character Qianlong mark at the base.
