The Goddess of Mercy depicted seated in a position of royal ease, her right arm resting on her raised right knee. She is elegantly draped in long, flowing robes that cascade around her feet, opening at the chest to reveal an elaborate beaded pectoral necklace. Her hair is upswept into a high topknot, secured by a complex ruyi-head and floral tiara. Covered overall in a thick, lustrous milky-white glaze. Maker's mark at the back.
