Potted with wide, flaring sides supported on a tall, hollow cylindrical stem spreading slightly toward the foot. The interior and exterior are applied with a vibrant copper-red glaze of deep crimson and oxblood tones. The glaze thins below the rim on both the interior and exterior, exposing a wide, stark white-glazed band. The interior of the hollow foot is glazed white.
