A Tibetan Thangka. Hand-painted on cloth with gold accents, depicts a Bodhisattva at the center surrounded by six figures on a predominately red ground, or Tsal tang, all within decorative borders. Red characters on the reverse. Wear and creasing, some staining and flaking. Image 18 x 24 1/2" high, mounted on silk, 32 1/2 x 40 1/2" high overall. ESTIMATE $300-500
