A Tibetan Thangka. Hand-painted on cloth with dimensional gold accents, depicts Avalokiteshvara, a deity of Compassion, with eight arms and auspicious objects, set before a temple surrounded by Bodhisattvas within decorative borders. Signed in red characters with hand prints on reverse. Wear and creasing, some flaking to gold accents, slight staining. 43 1/2 x 54" high overall. ESTIMATE $300-500
