Liu Guohui, Chinese, b. 1940. An ink and color on paper hanging scroll titled "Wang Xizhi Watching Geese". Depicts Wang Xizhi, a famous Jin Dynasty politician and calligrapher, with a child at the edge of a pond gazing at the geese. Ink and color on paper mounted to a silk scroll. Calligraphy with artist seal upper right. Minor foxing and toning, small area of damage to scroll trim along edge, heavy creases and minor wrinkles. Image 26 3/4 x 26 1/2" high, mounted on a silk scroll, 33 1/4 x 74 3/4" high overall. ESTIMATE $200-400
