Mark of Mei Lanfang (Mei Lan), Chinese, 1894-1961. An ink and color on paper hanging scroll with two images depicting a tit perched on the brand of a loquat tree and two grasshoppers among foliage. Calligraphy with artist seals upper left and lower right. Very slight foxing, some toning, minor creases and wrinkles. Each image up to 12 3/4 x 13" high, mounted on a silk scroll, 19 x 74" high overall. ESTIMATE $200-400
