Mark of Xu Cao (Xu Cao Yansun), Chinese, 1899-1961. An ink and color on paper hanging scroll depicting two hunters and a dog on a mountain bluff, one on horseback and the other with an eagle on his arm. Calligraphy with artist seal mid/lower right. Slight foxing, some toning, minor losses to silk, some creases and wrinkles. Image 25 x 50 3/4" high, mounted on a silk scroll, 30 x 83 1/4" high overall. ESTIMATE $200-400
